Removed existing concrete pad. Poured new 16’6×17’ concrete pad with footings for screen porch. Built 16’6×17’ shed roof and framed for fireplace and screens (homeowner wanted the fireplace feel without the actual fireplace so we built custom shelves and cabinet doors where the fireplace would normally go). Ran electrical for one ceiling fan, four can lights on a dimmer and three outlets. Installed shingles and siding to match the residence as close as possible. Installed pine tongue & groove on ceiling, sides and top of fireplace. Installed stone mantle, stacked stone on front of fireplace and flagstone on hearth. Painted ceiling white and sides a tan. Installed screens, screen door, fan, can lights and outlets.
