Removed existing deck and screen porch. After tear out we located rotted framing and floor joists so we replaced all rotted wood. Build new 25’x12’ deck with one set of stairs. Built shed roof over 15’x12’ section of the deck. Ran electrical for one ceiling fan, four can lights on a dimmer and one flood light. Installed tongue & groove ceiling. Install hardi lap siding, hardi fascia and soffit on the exterior. Installed screens and one screen door. Installed shingles to match the residence as close as possible. Installed seamless gutters.
Replaced all siding on the fireplace, replaced section of siding on the side of the residence. Replaced the side door and back door. Installed two doors for dogs.
Everything will be painted when we return to replace all the siding, fascia and soffit on the entire residence.
