I did not have a chance to take before pictures. We built gable roof over 18’x18’ section of a back patio. Ran electrical for one ceiling fan, six can lights and four outlets. Installed hardi lap siding, hardi fascia, hardi soffit, hardi 1×8 on columns, shingles to match the residence and tongue & groove ceiling. Painted the exterior to match the residence and painted the interior white. Installed screens, seamless gutters, two screen doors, fan, can lights and outlets.
