Homeowner had an outdoor patio they wanted altered into a laundry room. We framed a 5’x10’ laundry room with two windows. Installed proper flashing to ensure the addition is sealed on the concrete. Cut hole into existing wall to install door. Ran plumbing and electrical for washer/dryer, two ceiling lights, outlets and moved ceiling fan to center it in the open patio. Installed windows and door. Installed hardi lap siding on the outside and painted it to match the residence. Installed drywall on the inside and painted walls agreeable gray, ceiling flat white and door/trim white gloss. Installed lvp flooring.
