Removed existing deck. Built new 21’x11’ and 20’x20’ decks with one set of stairs. Built shed roof over 15’x11’ section of the deck and framed for screens. Ran electrical for one fan, one flood light and one outlet. Installed shingles to match the house, hardi lap siding, trim, fascia and soffit in the exterior; installed tongue & groove ceiling. Painted the exterior to match the residence and clear coated the ceiling. Installed, fan, flood light, outlet, screens and one screen door.
