Removed existing deck and sidewalk. Built new 22’x16’ deck with stairs. Build 6’ privacy wall on one side and added an additional 6’ post on the opposite side so the homeowner can install lighting. Installed trex decking and handrails with round metal balusters. Poured new sidewalk to the concrete pad under the deck.
