Homeowner called that their propane tank had caught on fire causing damage to the porch, ceiling, electrical and destroyed columns. We temporarily supported the roof and removed the existing deck, two windows, ceiling, electrical and siding. We built new 36’x8’ and 10’x4’ front porch, ran new electrical for two fans, one ceiling light, one outlet on the front of the deck and one wall outlet, installed tongue and groove ceiling, two custom windows, hardi lap siding and hardi trim, installed cedar 6×6 posts to support the roof and clear coated them, painted the siding under the roof as well as fascia, soffit, siding and trim on the outside due to the smoke damage, clear coated the ceiling and installed the ceiling fans, lights and flood lights.
