Removed existing deck and shed roof. Built 12’x12’ deck with gable roof over it and 8’x14’ deck attached. Built stairs from the deck and an additional set of steps into the back yard. Removed existing window leading into the basement and installed a door. Ran electrical for a ceiling fan under table roof, outlet on open deck and light outside new door. Installed seamless gutters and shingles. Painted the new gable roof and new siding around door.
