Removed existing deck. Removed old sidewalk and pad that was at end of stairs. Built new 25’x12’ deck with one set of stairs. Built shed roof over 19’x12’ section of the deck and framed it for EZE Breeze windows. Ran electrical for one fan, four can lights and one flood light. Installed shingles, hardi lap siding and tongue & groove ceiling. Painted the exterior to match the residence and painted the ceiling white. Installed seamless gutter, lights and fan.<br />
