Removed existing deck. Built 28x12 deck with stairs. Built gable roof over 14x12 section of the deck. Ran electrical for one ceiling fan, four can lights, one floor light and four outlets. Installed hardi siding, fascia and soffit on outside and painted to match the residence. Install pine tongue & groove ceiling and clear coated it. Install cement tongue & groove on knee wall and painted to match the residence. Installed dog door, screen door, screens and seamless gutter.
