Front porch
Removed flagstone, poured new properly sloped pad and installed blue ice paving stones. We reinstalled any stones that were missing on the walls. built shed roof over front porch.
18×12 trex deck and trex rails
Removed existing deck and pergola. Built new 18’x12’ freestanding deck with stairs (deck is freestanding due to the house being brick). Installed Trex rain escape under decking and gutter, trex honey grove decking, trex handrails and trex graspable handrail.
