Shower
. Tore out tub/shower insert. Built custom shower pan, replaced shower faucet, tiled shower floor and walls. Installed new exhaust fan with a light. Glass doors will be installed next week.
Deck
Removed existing decks. Built 18’x18’ back deck with Trex decking and rails. Build 7’x4’ side deck with Trex decking and rails. Installed low voltage lighting on both decks.
Shed roof over front porch
Built shed roof over front porch. Wrapped posts with cement board. Installed tongue & groove ceiling and painted the entire thing white. Install black aluminum handrails.

EZE Breeze windows and screen porch

Bathroom remodel
Removed vanity, mirror, light, toilet and replaced section of subfloor that was damaged. Installed tile, new vanity, mirror, light, baseboards and toilet. Painted walls, ceiling, trim and door.
