Retaining wall, driveway addition and dry creek bed
Dug out hill and installed block retaining wall. Poured driveway addition and installed dry creek bed to the left of the driveway to help with proper water run off.
Vinyl plank flooring
Removed laminate flooring and carpet. Installed vinyl plank flooring. Updated island with trim and paint.
Eze Breeze windows
Installed dark bronze Eze breeze windows and a storm door.
EZE Breeze windows
Installed EZE Breeze windows and storm door in structure we finished a few months ago. EZ Breeze windows normally take a few months to arrive once they are ordered.
Front porch and back deck
Built freestanding 8x8 front porch with stairs and 15x12 back deck with stairs.
Deck with round metal balusters
Removed existing deck. Built 16x12 deck with stairs and round metal balusters.
Siding and paint
Replaced siding on the front and left side of the residence. Re-secured all the siding on the right side due to it not being properly installed. Painted entire house including stone and gutters.
Custom kitchen cabinets
Scraped stippled ceiling, skim coated it and painted the ceiling. Installed four new can lights. Removed existing cabinets. Built custom wood cabinets and drawers with roll outs in the cabinets and built in dividers in the drawers. Removed pantry and built custom...
Eze breeze porch
Build shed roof over 16’x12’ section of concrete patio. Dug under patio and poured proper footings. Framed walls for Eze breeze windows and one storm door. Ran electrical for one ceiling fan, four can lights and two flood lights. Installed pine tongue and groove...
