Removed existing roof over back patio and existing 12’x10’ concrete patio. Poured new 12’x14’ foundation and 19’x4’ concrete extension to other pad. Build shed roof over 12’x14’ addition and 19’x14’ open patio. Framed 12’x14’ addition, ran electrical, installed hardi lap siding, vinyl soffit and fascia wrap. Installed tongue & groove ceiling on open patio and wrapped the two columns with cement board. Installed drywall, lvp flooring, baseboards, doors and trim in addition. Painted the interior and exterior. Installed shingles to match the residence, a seamless gutter, ceiling fans and outlets.
