Put entire deck on temporary supports, dug proper footings to support the weight, poured concrete and installed all new 6x6 posts to frame the upper deck for EZE BREEZE windows and under the deck into a screen porch. The existing roof did not have the proper hangers, bolts or supports so we modified the entire roof to meet current GA CODE. Ran electrical for a ceiling fan, four can lights and a flood light on top and a ceiling fan under the deck. Installed tongue & groove ceiling on upper deck and under the deck. Clear coated the ceilings. Installed screens and screen door on lower deck, storm door on upper deck, fans, can lights and the flood light.<br />
